Conductor App is licensed to you (not sold) for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Conductor offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pass" and "Pass Plus"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
3. Refunds
All purchases are managed directly by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Please contact Apple or Google support for any refund requests.
4. Financial Disclaimer
This application is designed as a manual budget tracking and calculation tool. It does not provide professional financial advice, investment advice, or banking services. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
5. Platform Disclaimer (Distributors)
Apple and Google act solely as "Distributors" of this application. Apple/Google are not responsible for the content, maintenance, or support services of this app. All responsibility belongs entirely to the developer.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Kondüktör App, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için size lisanslanmıştır (satılmamıştır). Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız. Uygulamanın kendisi ve onunla ilgili tüm ticari markalar, telif hakları ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları geliştiriciye aittir.
2. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
Kondüktör, otomatik yenilenen abonelikler ("Pass" ve "Pass Plus") aracılığıyla premium özellikler sunar. Bir abonelik satın alarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul edersiniz:
Ödeme
Ödeme, satın alma onayının ardından Apple ID veya Google Play Hesabınızdan tahsil edilecektir. Fiyatlar uygulama içinde gösterilir ve bölgeye göre değişiklik gösterebilir.

Revisor ofrece funciones premium a través de suscripciones de renovación automática ("Pass" y "Pass Plus"). Al comprar una suscripción, acepta los siguientes términos:
Pago

Renovación Automática

Paiement
Le paiement sera débité de votre identifiant Apple ou Compte Google Play à la confirmation de l'achat. Les prix sont affichés dans l'application et peuvent varier selon la région.
Renouvellement Automatique
L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf si le renouvellement automatique est désactivé au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Votre compte sera débité pour le renouvellement dans les 24 heures précédant la fin de la période en cours.
Annulation
Vous pouvez gérer et annuler vos abonnements en accédant aux Paramètres de votre Compte sur l'App Store ou Google Play Store après l'achat. La suppression de l'application n'annule pas l'abonnement.
3. Remboursements
Tous les achats sont gérés directement par les boutiques d'applications respectives (Apple App Store ou Google Play Store). Nous n'avons pas la capacité de traiter les remboursements directement. Veuillez contacter l'assistance Apple ou Google pour toute demande de remboursement.
4. Avis de Non-Responsabilité Financière
Cette application est conçue comme un outil manuel de suivi et de calcul de budget. Elle ne fournit pas de conseils financiers professionnels, de conseils en investissement, ni de services bancaires. Vous êtes responsable de vos propres décisions financières.

Sie dürfen den Quellcode der App weder kopieren noch verändern noch versuchen, ihn zu extrahieren. Die App selbst sowie alle damit verbundenen Marken-, Urheber-, Datenbank- und sonstigen geistigen Eigentumsrechte verbleiben beim Entwickler.
2. Abonnements und Zahlungen
Schaffner bietet Premium-Funktionen über automatisch verlängerte Abonnements ("Pass" und "Pass Plus") an. Mit dem Kauf eines Abonnements stimmen Sie den folgenden Bedingungen zu:
Zahlung
Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs Ihrer Apple-ID oder Ihrem Google Play-Konto belastet. Die Preise werden in der App angezeigt und können je nach Region variieren.
Automatische Verlängerung
Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, sofern die automatische Verlängerung nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums deaktiviert wird. Ihr Konto wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums mit der Verlängerungsgebühr belastet.
Kündigung
Sie können Ihre Abonnements nach dem Kauf über die Kontoeinstellungen im App Store oder Google Play Store verwalten und kündigen. Das Löschen der App kündigt das Abonnement nicht.
3. Rückerstattungen
Alle Käufe werden direkt von den jeweiligen App-Stores (Apple App Store oder Google Play Store) verwaltet. Wir sind nicht in der Lage, Rückerstattungen direkt zu bearbeiten. Bitte wenden Sie sich für Rückerstattungsanfragen an den Apple- oder Google-Support.
